Week 6
It's been a bit of a funny week, to be honest. After the euphoria & emotion of dipping below 90kg last week, and then the lycra photo, things felt a bit surreal this week. Part of it was that I've got into such a routine for getting through the required 3.2 litres each day that when I had to stretch it out for longer to avoid being caught short while out and about, it felt like I wasn't drinking enough. I was, but somehow things just felt a bit off. Hoping to get back into the rhythm this week. The new menu came through on Tuesday, and shows a marked reduction in carbs, and also introduces 2 days of fasting until lunch! Apologies in advance for anyone who gets their head bitten off during these hangry mornings - though I won't tell you when they are, so you can see if you can spot the difference!
